Common questions
What counts as a flag evaluation?
A flag evaluation is counted each time the SDK fetches flag values from the Flagify API. The SDK caches flags locally, so repeated checks within the same page session use the cache and don't trigger additional API calls. A new page load or app restart fetches flags again and counts as new evaluations.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new plan features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a traditional time-limited trial. Instead, the Free plan gives you full access to the core platform with generous limits — think of it as a trial with no expiration. When you're ready to scale, you can upgrade to Pro or Growth at any time.
What happens if I exceed my evaluation limit?
Your flags continue to work normally — we never degrade your application experience. Additional evaluations are billed at $20 per 1M evaluations.
Do you offer discounts for startups or open source?
Yes. We offer a 50% discount for early-stage startups (under $1M in funding) and free Pro plans for qualifying open source projects. Contact us to apply.
